If you are viewing this file in your hub's Web GUI, enable JavaScript in your browser: you will also need it for GUI functionality.

If you opened this file directly from disk, your browser may be directly suppressing JavaScript functionality: certain browsers perform this suppression on local files (but not files delivered by web servers) for security reasons.

If you access the manual through the hub's Web GUI, the functionality will not be suppressed because the hub is a web server.

Task: Delete A Single Project

Deleting a project from the hub removes all the information associated with the project:

The project description and other project summary information.
All information associated with all analyses of the project.
All information associated with all warnings issued by analyses of the project, including user annotations.
All file instances belonging to the project.

Because removing a project deletes all this information, it is generally not recommended. Exceptions are the following cases.

The project was created in error.
All development and maintenance work on the project is finished, and you want to free up some space on the hub.

The following permissions are required in order to delete a single project P in the manner described here.

To access the Project page for P: PROJECT_READ P
To perform the deletion:
- PROJECT_DELETE P
- ANALYSIS_DELETE A for all analyses A of P

Delete A Single Project

To delete a project:

View the Project page for the project you wish to delete.
Click the Project Details link under the page heading.
Click on the remove this project link on the first line of the expanded section.
A confirmation dialog will open, as shown below.
Click Remove to remove the project, or Cancel to cancel project removal and close the confirmation dialog.
